Having completed a Bachelor of Arts (Communications), Dani began her career at Federal Publishing Company writing marketing copy for magazines ranging from Town & Country Needlecraft to Live to Ride.
She soon followed the siren song of commercial radio, writing ads and broadcasting for the next 13 years all over Australia and New Zealand, including Brisbane and Sydney. The ad writing taught her the gentle craft of crammingasmuchinformationaspossibleintojustthirtyseconds-andstillbeinterestingattentiongrabbingandinformative. The broadcasting side meant learning to speak to potentially tens of thousands of people at once whilst still making it seem personal.
As Dani looks far more fetching in a pair of fleecy pyjamas than she does in tight fitting radio station logo-ed t-shirts, she joined the freelance copywriter throng several years ago where she enjoys running her ownfemale voice over business while working with the professional and imaginative types that make up Talk About Creative, Brisbane. Dani joins us as a Feature Writer, providing long copy, editorial and magazine content for our clients.
